I have loved working on community projects ever since I discovered Muhira Connect through a friend and fellow humanitarian activist who told me about it. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had found my ideal environment a place where I can learn and connect with visionary people who share my drive.
I was invited by a friend and accepted because I wanted to have fun. I originally had a cell prayer meeting at church, but due to transport issues, I was going to be late, so I decided to come here instead.
At first, part of me felt guilty for missing my prayer group, but now I am so happy and grateful to discover that this is a Christian gathering. I definitely won’t miss this program again. May God bless you!
As an introvert, stepping out to meet new people isn’t always easy, so I loved how the games made connecting with everyone feel so effortless. It was a nice pleasure attending Game Night through a friend’s invitation.
I came to share my vision and expand my network as a hairdresser specializing in braids and cornrows, and I’m eager to build new relationships and grow my craft.
My initial reason for coming was pure curiosity. I wanted to learn how to connect and speak with people naturally, presenting myself without immediately relying on my professional role or achievements or feeling awkward about it. I also came for the games, and honestly, because I love our host, Gaga, and her voice! Beyond that, I joined to connect with equally motivated young leaders and professionals.
Excuse me, but I actually came here because I’m a driver and was dropping off some attendees. Once I arrived, I realized that the discussions held here are incredible for expanding our minds, changing how we think, and contributing to the development of our country.
I came to connect with motivated young professionals and leaders, gain inspiring insights about the market from my peers, and simply have fun.
As a young entrepreneur running my own printing business and developing a project that requires strategic partners and co-founders, I look to Muhira Connect as a source of inspiration. The connections I made during Game Night were invaluable, and I hope to pay it forward by becoming a blessing to other young people who want to learn new skills through my project.
This is my second time visiting Muhira Connect. I first attended through 3hi, while participating in the Woman Power Skills program. I truly enjoyed the experience. Seeing so many young people eager to connect, support one another, and share their ideas left a lasting impression on me—one that keeps me coming back whenever I can.
One of the main reasons I keep coming back every time is to make interesting connections. I get to meet people I would have otherwise never crossed paths with in my everyday life.
